Since we are a purchasing agent, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.
Note: We do not accept returns on any of the following conditions:
1.The clothing is the same as the photos of the item we sent to you.
2.The letter location printed on the clothing deviates by just a few centimeters.
3.There is a small difference in the color shade. Accident Claims:
If you receive a wrong size/color/pattern/quantity, a wrong parcel, a damaged item, lost item, etc, you can file a claim within three working days after received your item. Late claims will not be accepted. How do I return an item?
If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to us within 3 days upon receiving your order, and confirm which items are being returned. When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags - the same condition as they were originally dispatched from RORBUY. You will be responsible for return shipping. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together. Please return items to the following address along with a note containing your information and the reason for return.

After receiving your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account within 3 working days if there are no further problems.

1. Picture of your parcel or item;
2. Picture of item's bar code
Note: Please do not throw away important articles in your parcels such as your: item barcodes, and waybill. If you have any problems with your parcel, please provide us these files for your convenience.
